How much does it cost? 

Starting prices are listed on our packages page. For custom and add ons please send us a contact form or email for quotes. We normally answer under 24hrs.

Is there a deposit?

We require a minimum of 50% deposit. All payments are due 2 weeks before your event date.  Payment plans are available with Affirm and Klarna.

Can I cancel my event after paying? 

Due to the level of planning required for each event we can only accept reschedules. Changes to amount of teepee/ guest must be made a minimum of two weeks before your event.

​

What time do you set up and pick up? 

This will vary by day. Most parties are set up between 9-11am or 2-4pm. Pick up starts at 11am but will also vary by daily schedule. A timing window will be provided during your booking process.

What favors is included in the Fancy Package? 

A small hair brush and scrunchy has been the favor as of Dec 2024. This may change or vary depending on the stock of items.

​

What is the travel fee?

The first 30 miles are included, $4 a mile for each mile after from Bristol CT.

Is there a minimum amount of teepees? 

This will vary by distance traveled and starts at 4 teepees. locations over 45 min may require a higher minimum, determined at the booking process.

Forms of payment accepted? Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Maestro, China Union Pay, JCB, Cartes bancaires, Apple pay, Google pay, Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle. We also accept AFFIRM, buy now pay later, option on invoice checkout.

Do you do custom themes?

Yes, please allow 3 weeks or more for custom themes

How is everything cleaned?

​

• Our linens are washed and sanitized with dye and odor free detergent.  Everything else gets disinfected after each party.​

​

How long does it take to set up and take down?

​

• 4-6 teepees take 2-3 hrs hours to set up.

• 4-6 teepees packages take about 30-45 minutes to take down. 

• Some extra items will add more set up and take down time.

How much space is required?

​

• twin bed 39x75 , smaller bed 27x65 

​

Do you move furniture to accommodate the teepees?

​

• We do not move furniture or toys, please be sure to clear your space before we arrive.
